I’m not a fan of bananas, but my family is. During the summer they always seem to ripen faster than they are eaten. I’ve been storing them in the fridge, but there they only turn black and mushy. Double yuk!
Besides making endless, smoothies, banana bread, muffins, pancakes, and adding them to nut, lentil and rice stuffed cabbage leaves, I need a new recipe.
I found this in New York Times , Banana Pudding.
It looks easy. I haven’t tried it yet– of course we are out of bananas!
But who doesn’t like pudding!
